Privacy

This policy covers niluz.com — the corporate website of Niluz LLC. It does not cover our individual products. Each Niluz venture runs on its own domain and publishes its own privacy policy, which is the one that applies when you use that product.

What we collect

This website has no accounts, no logins and no advertising. There are two ways information reaches us:

• What you send us. If you use the partner form or email us, we receive the name, email address, company name, topic and message you chose to provide.
• Standard server logs. Our hosting provider records technical request data — IP address, browser type, page requested and timestamp — as part of serving and protecting the site.

What we do with it

We use what you send us to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. That is the entire purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or add you to a marketing list. We do not use it to build a profile of you, and we do not share it with our portfolio companies.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third-party font service, so loading a page does not disclose your visit to another company.

If you install this site as an app, your browser stores page content on your device so it works offline. That storage is local to your device and is never transmitted to us. You can clear it at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing site data.

Who else sees it

We use service providers to operate the site — hosting and, where configured, email delivery for the partner form. They process data only to provide those services to us. We otherwise disclose information only where legally required.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful to the conversation and our records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

Niluz LLC is based in California. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. California residents have these rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there.

To make a request, email hello@niluz.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

Children

This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
