Important services are hard to reach because information is fragmented, systems are confusing, and the specialists who could help are expensive. That is not a technology problem in the abstract — it is a person holding a document they cannot read, at the worst possible time.
What we do about it
We build companies that make hard things navigable.
Niluz designs, launches and operates its own ventures. Every product carrying our name is one we built and one we still run.
That is what keeps us honest. When you operate what you launch, you inherit every shortcut you took building it — so we take fewer of them. It is also why we take on work for other teams, of one or of a thousand: we are not guessing at what it costs to build and run software, because we are doing it every day.
Today 8 ventures are live across healthcare access, financial access, and software for small operators. Several ship multilingual from their first release, because the people who most need them are the ones English-only software leaves out.
