Assessment first
You have a problem that needs software or AI and would rather not build the team to solve it. We scope it, price it, build it, and keep it running. One person or a thousand.

Build a venture together
You bring deep knowledge of a broken market and we bring the company-building. This is how several of our own ventures started — a problem someone understood far better than we did.

Back the portfolio
We are independent and have taken no outside capital. If you invest in operator-led companies and want to follow what we are building, we are happy to talk — with no round open.
If we build for you
Assessment first, then a fixed price. We take on a small number of builds at a time, so the work we accept is work we can actually do well.

Build Assessment
$2,500 · 1–2 weeks
We work out what should actually be built, what it will cost, and whether it is worth doing at all. You get a written scope and a fixed price. Go ahead within 90 days and the full $2,500 comes off the build.

Fixed-scope build
Priced from the assessment
Never by the hour. You know the number before we start and it does not move unless you change what you asked for. We would rather be measured on what gets delivered than on how long we took.

Monthly
We keep running what we launch — for our own ventures and for yours. A product that ships and is then abandoned was never finished.
